The Admin Console is a self-service portal where you can perform most account management operations. This includes modifying subscriptions, adding/removing user access, adding/removing administrators, updating billing information, and more. Only Macabacus account administrators can sign into the Admin Console; end users can sign in only if they are also designated as administrators (which is normally the case for single-user accounts).
The Admin Console login works like most other login systems—if you cannot sign in, it is because you entered an incorrect email address or password. There is nothing wrong with the login page.
If your email address was not found, it is not a valid administrator email address and you cannot use it to sign in. Be sure you are entering your email address correctly; copy/paste it into the login form to avoid typographical mistakes.
Only your Account Manager can provide you access to your account's Admin Console; our support team cannot grant you access.
