Macabacus integrates Azure AI to enhance productivity, accuracy, and compliance in financial and corporate workflows. Unlike many standalone AI tools, Macabacus does not store, train, or process AI data externally—all AI interactions occur entirely within your firm’s Azure AI Foundry environment.

How Macabacus AI Works

• Direct Azure AI Integration – Macabacus connects to your firm’s Azure AI Foundry. We do not process, store, or retain AI data.
• Your Models, Your Control – Firms deploy and manage their own AI models (e.g., GPT-4o) within Azure.
• Admin-Managed Access – AI tools are disabled by default. Customers are opted out automatically, and Super Admins must explicitly opt in and enable AI tools via the Macabacus Admin Console.

Security & Compliance

• Runs Within Your Azure Environment – AI never interacts with external servers or third-party processors.
• No Data Retention – Macabacus does not store prompts, outputs, or user interactions.
