Macabacus Admins centrally define term substitutions, capitalization, punctuation, and formatting rules in the Admin Console. These rules are enforced in Deck Check, which scans slides for compliance, and the AI Writing Assistant (AIWA), ensuring AI-generated content aligns with corporate standards.
Unlike Microsoft 365’s dictionary, the Corporate Dictionary supports multiple term substitutions and advanced regex-based pattern matching, allowing firms to enforce complex language rules beyond simple spell-checking.
